Avoid prolonged contact with food, especially foods with vineagr and salt which are acidic and may cause discolouration, corrosion or pitting.
Wash in hot soapy water and rinse in warm water. After washing, dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scourers.
